We own and operate a variety of waste management/sanitation/janitorial/road maintenance vehicles in addition to a range of state-of-the-art treatment facilities for sanitation and janitorial services. These include the collection and disposal of municipal solid waste.
We have worked on a wide array of projects including the design of compost plants, decentralized waste processing facilities, waste segregation systems for slums and common areas in apartments, trucks to collect segregated waste from doorsteps, etc. We work for both local governments as well as private corporations.
Our highly experienced janitorial and sanitation staff is able to provide services on waste collection and disposal, including compliance issues relating to healthcare, and the environment. We provide up to the mark services on road maintenance.

In January 2009, M. Maqsood & Co. got the certification of ISO 9001: 2008. Our firm is also registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad, and has provided professional services to National Highway Authority (NHA) for road maintenance.
We are working with CDA for sweeping and cleaning jobs, garbage collection: door to door & from street dustbins, and its complete disposal. We also provide housekeeping services.

Registered in 1983, M. Maqsood & Co. is a pioneer company in janitorial services in Islamabad. With modern equipment and dedicated professional and well trained janitor staff added value to our company. Experience of 27 years in sanitation and janitorial services made us not only most senior in the metropolitan but also assist us to better understand our clients’ preferences and needs according to challenging and competitive environment of the work place.

M. Maqsood & Co. established a complaint centre to address the residents of the sectors. We have an established efficient system to address the complaint within 24 hours. In one day we knock doors of 15,000 houses in one sector to collect the garbage. We grouped two employees: one male and one female to collect dumped material from houses, keeping in mind the social set up of the residential areas.

We train our employers according to market needs and for capacity uplift of them. These trainings are conducted in individual, groups, and in institutions. We also train them before launching a particular project and according to the demands and ToRs of the projects. Company has full time and part time employers. So we train both of them time and again to enlighten them about new technology, health and safety measures, chemical usage, and on environment issues.
Hygiene Tool and Instruments
We use machinery, tools and chemicals which are hygienically safe and human friendly. We use eco-friendly chemicals. On clients demand we use chemicals which are pets friendly. We have our vehicles for garbage dumping which are totally packed, sealed to run on the roads of metropolitans without dropping garbage on the roads.
